These yoga poses are not meant for the beginners. That is, the user must at least know some asana in yoga. The advanced yoga poses are easier to practice for the professionals in yoga. Mostly these poses are done by experts. Following are the few famous advanced yoga poses:
A. SIDDHASANA
This is also known as advanced or perfect pose. This asana is useful for improving concentration and internal power. This yoga is very useful in developing many internal skills.
B. SETU ASANA
This is also known as Bridge pose. This is very useful for curing the mid back bone pain. It helps in many ways for the human being to clear the pain in almost any part of the spinal cord.
C. JIVAMUKTI YOGA
Jeeva Mukti yoga means “liberation while living”. It is based on energetic physical and spiritual internal practices. This practice is for advancers as it causes some energetic and spiritual feeling within the person. This also comes under very advanced yoga poses.
D. BIKRAM YOGA
This yoga means fire yoga. It is really an abnormal yoga which cannot be practiced by an ordinary layman. These bikram yoga poses are practiced under very hot conditions.
These are some advanced yoga poses which one may feel hard to do.
